「This hotel is less expensive than similar properties right within the heart of Burlington. It's about a ten to fifteen minute Uber to go into Burlington proper. The front desk person was polite and we had a smooth and easy check-in. We only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable.」
「Lovely, warm, and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Check in was smooth and easy. The property is immaculate. Rooms are spacious and well designed. The breakfast selections please every appetite. Wonderful visit to this hotel!」
「I really have no complaints on the facility and staff - they were great. Very polite. My only complaint was that returning to our room one night it reeked of Marijuana. We thought someone hd been in there smoking. We were told by the Jovan and that the person in the next room was smoking it. They spayed our room and brought fresh towels. The next night it still had a strong smell, especially in the bathroom. I don't smoke cigarettes or pot and I don't care that someone does. We just do not want...
「The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near.
But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. 」
