「When we got there are room had a bad smell, asked if we could get another room and was told no, although they had some. We stayed, had to keep window open with ac running. Breakfast was cold and so we didn't eat there. Staff was very unhelpful. I dont understand how they have a 8.0 rating. May quite booking though Expedia because rating don't match rooms we get」
