"My stay at this location was extremely disappointing and, at times, felt disrespectful. I only get to see my children twice a year, so this trip was very important to me. Unfortunately, even my kids noticed the lack of cleanliness, asking, “Do they not clean rooms here?”—which was frustrating, especially after I had requested room service multiple times without results.
To make matters worse, there were renovations happening in my room during my stay, which was both disruptive and unacceptable. The pool was also unusably cold, adding to the negative experience.
Dining was another letdown—the food took an excessive amount of time to prepare and was overpriced for the quality. Additionally, the lack of even basic complimentary coffee in the mornings felt like a missed standard for any hotel.
Overall, this stay fell far below expectations, particularly for something that was meant to be meaningful time with my children.
