「If you want a place where there's some space and just to sleep, then for the price they charge it's a nice place to stay. Other places were much more and we were visiting Cooperstown for my son's 12U. baseball tournament and we only used this place to sleep and get up and go to the game and repeat. It served its purpose. The staff were a family that resided at the property and they were respectful and friendly.」

「The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service」

「I rated everything as terrible because the motel canceled my reservation without telling me. Most likely because I had a cheaper price through expedia. The woman at the desk told me that they do not use any reservation site for bookings, they only book people who call the motel directly. I was left out in the cold. I asked for help in possibly finding a room and was told to drive 5 miles down the road to the grocery store and use an ad book there. I was extremely lucky that I knew someone...
