"Front desk attendant very responsive to requests. She was quick to solve any problem that came up. "

"I switched rooms 4 times total because of the uncleanliness of my room. In every room there were crumbs on the floor, one room had a few big red stains, beds were stained and had hair on them. I was very disappointed as I have never had this experience. I spent maybe 2 hours total in my room because of this only to gather my belongings and shower the next day before getting back on the road. "

"We stayed 3 nights not one time did they come to empty the trash make the beds or brings clean towels I had paid for 1 night when I booked the rooms in January and had my receipt but they didn’t have record of it so I was charged for 3 nights at the rates of the room I thought room. Service should at least empty the garbage cans put in clean towels and make the bed I went to talk to the person at he front desk about the rate charge but they said they could do nothing about it but she’d send an email to the manager I wasn’t very pleased with the service I received "

"The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our only complaint was that there was quite a bit of noise from other people opening and closing the doors to their rooms."
