This rural BNB is homey and pleasant with a nice natural environment around. The breakfast was very good and Marietta was a great hostess. The rooms are spacious and they had just fixed the heating when we arrived so it was cozy for a cold night. There is a bit of construction going on at the moment, lots of building materials around, which hopefully will be cleaned up in a little while. All in all a great stay.

Amazing, just amazing

Nestled on a hillside, located 15 minutes drive away from La Spezia, you couldn't find any better place to stay and have a restful night. Mariette our host is an absolute gem. She welcomed us with a smile, speaks good English and many others I am sure. We stayed in a 2 bedroom accommodation. The hot tub is a delight in the chilly spring weather. They have everything you need and if not, just ask Mariett who will try her best to help you with anything at all. I can't tell you how amazing the breakfast is. Croissant, pastries, cakes, eggs, juices, jam coffee, tea, yoghurt, nuts etc...... And if you need anything else, Mariette will be there for you. This place encapsulates what truly hospitality and I would return again just to reside in this humble abode.

Un cocon en pleine nature . Un lieu bourré de charme. Une hôte adorable, aux petits soins avec un sens du service et de accueil tres appréciables. Nous n'y sommes restes qu'une nuit mais avec l'envie d'y revenir chaque annee c'est sûr.

Wat een uitzicht gastvrijheid!

Echt een top verblijf gehad in Il Tulipano! Een prachtige kamer met een groot bad voor ons dochtertje. Een super aardige gastvrouw die je helemaal in de watten legt. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met lekkere home made cake en cappuccino. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan cinque terre.

Que c'est agréable de passer un sejour dans un tel havre de paix. Marietta is out of this wold. You can hardly find people like this in your life. Kindnes, helpfulll handy and service full. She and her family make anything to make a difference in yor staying.
