La pulizia non è il massimo.

Ho trovato polvere e residui di cenere di sigaretta in terra, il copriletto con qualcosa di appiccicato sopra, forse un residuo di cibo, ma soprattutto il bagno non era perfettamente pulito. Arredi e struttura datati ma in linea con livello di prezzo. Letto e cuscini troppo duri rispetto ai miei gusti personali.

Dies ist garantiert kein 4 * Hotel Personal spricht kein Englisch. Der service und das Essen den sie dort bieten hat nichts mit 4 * zu tun! Sehr entäscht für ein Einzellzimmer 115 Euro die nacht mit einem katastrophalem Frühstück. Wen man an der Bar was bestellen wollte musste man zuerst selber jemanden an der Reception holen bis dan mal irgendwann jemand kam. Nie mehr wieder !

A non rifare.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte , hotel parecchio datato avrebbe bisogno di miglioramenti Classificato con 4 stelle ma 3 sarebbero più che sufficienti. Colazione scarsa senza scelta personale !!! Non ne parliamo. Se mi dovessi trovare di passaggio in futuro a Riccione di sicuro non soggionerei a hotel Vittoria.

Albergo in ottima posizione. Facile raggiungere la spiaggia e alcune delle vie più belle di Riccione. Non tutto il personale è all'altezza del loro compito, a volte prevale l'arroganza fortunatamente mitigata dalla gentilezza di alcuni di loro. Le camere non sono proprio corrispondenti ad un albergo a quattro stelle e, almeno quella che ho occupata io, non pulita a dovere.

Posizione centralissima

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni e vorrei ringraziare il personale della reception per l'accoglienza e professionalità dimostrata. Albergo centralissimo per vivere Riccione, nuovo all'esterno ma da rivedere negli interni. La moquette per terra è da togliere assolutamente. Alla gentilezza e professionalita degli addetti della reception, delle signore addette alle camere e delle bagnine fa da contraltare la maleducazione e poca professionalità del cameriere magrolino con occhiali che alla mia richiesta per avere qualcosa da bere in piscina mi risponde " spetta, spetta" e poi resta a pettegolare con delle signore affianco a noi di vari problemi dell'hotel. È lo stesso cameriere che la prima mattina che eravamo in sala colazione con modi poco gentili si rivolge a mia figlia di nove anni che cercava di scaldare i toast" lascia la macchinetta, mica scappa". Vorrei dirvi che non sono assolutamente pignolo e che la tolleranza sopratutto quando non sono a lavoro è una mia dote indiscutibile, ma alle volte un po più di professionalità non guasterebbe visto che altri professionisti fanno il loro meglio sul posto di lavoro e non è giusto che i loro sforzi vengano vanificati da qualcuno che ha poco rispetto per il cliente ma anche per i propri colleghi.

Più che soddisfacente

Nel complesso piacevole soggiorno e rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Camera tripla molto grande e confortevole con colazione veramente abbondante. Unica nota stonata, il pagamento del parcheggio privato dell'hotel(12 euro al giorno) alla fine del soggiorno, il quale non era ben specificato nella presentazione dell'offerta.

Devo fare una premessa. L' albergo è un quattro stelle e quindi credevo di trovare la giusta e confacente ospitalità. Ma purtroppo lo stato dell'albergo non è un gran che. La hall è spaziosa ma le camere lasciano a desiderare. La cena che ho consumato non è stata assolutamente soddisfacente tant'è che le successive volte sono sndato a cenare fuori. Anche il personale lasciava a desiderare. Praticamente quasi tutto straniero ha diverse volte fatto grossolani errori. Un esempio per tutti.... La sera Il personale che serviva al ristorante lo ritrovavi di mattina, cioè le stesse personae, addette a rifare le stanze. La sua carta vincente è l'esterno con la piscina e la vicinanza dal mare. Ma da un quattro stelle mi aspettavo di piu'

Buono per una o due notti!

Soggiorno di una sola notte quindi poco per vero giudizio! Nel complesso ha soddisfatto il rapporto qualità/prezzo! Comodo il letto, camera e bagno spaziosi, doccia grande ! Un pò troppo rumoroso. Colazione buona ! Personale gentile!

Posizione perfetta

La posizione era perfetta perchè vicino al centro. La camera molto grande e spaziosa, ma arredata con stile antico. Una nota negativa è che c'era molta puzza da chiuso e abbiamo tenuto aperto per l'intero pomeriggio! Abbiamo cenato in hotel la notte di capodanno ma non abbiamo mangiato bene (oltre al fatto che quando siamo arrivati a cena il buffet era quasi finito e non l'hanno rifornito per tutta la sera).
