Hotel com quartos antigos, necessitando acabamento e restaurações. TV antiga, box e chuveiros antigos que a ducha não era muito direta, muita sujeira na janela do banheiro, apenas 3 travesseiros, porta do banheiro bate no móvel, pouquíssimas tomadas (1 apenas, longe da cama). Quarto até espaçoso. Tirando isso, ótimo restaurante, boa comida, ótimos atendentes, café da manhã delicioso, piscinas boas, sauna disponível com bom funcionamento.

A manutenção deixou a desejar. O apartamento cheirava a esgoto e a piscina em frente estava com o aquecimento sem funcionar. Mas a equipe era muito atenciosa e esforçada, com destaque para o garçon Leonardo e o bartender João.

Destrato de funcionários

O hotel é lindo e confortável, porém tivemos um episódio de destrato racial com meu marido, vindo do atendente Paulo e da atendente Norma do bar da piscina dos fundo(pois lá haviam 2 piscinas) que acavou com nosso brilho no olhar sobre o hotel. Educação e respeito deveria ser algo natural de qualquer local, mas em pauta, um hotel do padrão de Royal deveria ser mais atento e exigente com seus funcionários. Viajo muito para grandes hotéis e nunca havia passado por isso.

Esse hotel tem as melhores piscinas e o melhor café da manhã. O problema é que os area condicionados são um pouco velhos e demoraram a gelar o quarto e a academia, além disso na cama só tinham 03 travesseiros muito ruins aí depois descobri que tinha que pedir travesseiros de acordo com o tipo desejado. Isso para mim não faz muito sentido, pois eu seria melhor que já tivesse os 4 travesseiros lá e se eu quisesse de outro modelo aí sim solicitaria.
