"We were very impressed with customer service. When we arrived, the room had been double booked. We opened the door to our room and someone else's stuff was there. We contacted the host and he came running to the property to solve the problem. He apologized inmensely about the error and put us up in one of their beautiful apartments instead. We were upset the mistake happened, but also understood that mistakes can happen. We were very impressed on how this was handled and with the end result. We had a wonderful stay in a nice, ample, fully stocked apartment."

"Loved the parador!! The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Slept like a queen. It was wonderful after a long day of horseback riding nearby. Dinner was very nice. Service was excellent. Breakfast service was disappointing- the servers were not as friendly or attentive as I would have liked and forgot our egg order. They apologized but by the time we received them it was late and we had to go."
