While the morning buffet offers a fresh and delicious selection of high-quality local items, the setup can be confusing at times because plates are not visually available or laid out on the counters, occasionally causing minor delays. Despite this slight morning bottleneck, the property remains a highly recommended, tranquil base for anyone visiting the town or the nearby Douro Valley."

The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. We arrived late and the Resturant was already closing but they still allowed us to sit and happily served us what they still had available. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. We would gladly return again."
