"Lovely hotel in perfect location, the room was spacious and comfortable. Great location for shopping and access to the underground with easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Our only concern was that a member of staff entered our room at 6 pm after we had been shopping on the last day, they saw we were in and quickly scurried away. We raised this by email with the hotel but have had no reply."

The staff was outstanding! So helpful in every way! Our suite was spacious and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The special tour the hotel offers, is a must! The views from the rooftop are not to be missed. Breathtaking! This is the only Hotel we will stay in while visiting Lyon. "
