Aria condizionata , proprietaria disponibile e simpatica. Per andare in spiaggia di da ombrellone e creme protettive :-) . ci sono dei gatti (pulitissimi) che puoi incontrare fuori della struttura e a volte anche dentro, per le scale .

I stayed in shared room. I would have wanted to have different rooms for female/male. Now I was sleeping in the same room with some old men who were snoring. I didn't feel comfortable. Bathroom was old-fashioned and dirty. For 18 euros/night I guess this is what you get! Staff was amazing tho!

The beds are terrible. Sleept on a tentbed for 3 nights and then got a regular bed and it was like it was no Madras at all. The transfer cost 25 euro and compared to the bus for 2.60 that's a rip off. The staff also forgot that I paid the hole amount and asked me for more money but then they said that maybe someone from the staff had taking some of it. It's a hostel not a apartment studio. But the staff was really nice and helpful.

Great value

This is a very clean hotel and it's nice because it's a little out of the way from the main tourist parts but still close enough to walk. It's in a very quiet area and about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. There are lots fo restaurants and grocery stores around. Small kitchenette in the room was great for making meals and keeping the cost of the trip down. Would definitely recommend Vivian studios.

VIVIAN'S STUDIOS, UNA PIACEVOLE CONFERMA

Eravamo già stati ospiti da Vivian's Studios due anni fa e ci erano piaciuti moltissimo il clima semplice, di gentilezza e di simpatica familiarità con i quali ci si sente accolti e "coccolati". Quest'anno non solo abbiamo avuto piena conferma di questa gradevoli sensazioni, ma abbiamo trovato anche gli ambienti dei bagni ammodernati da una recente ristrutturazione e la possibilità di consumare la prima colazione, che due anni fa non ci era data. Assolutamente onesto e concorrenziale il prezzo di soggiorno! Anche la distanza dal mare (circa 15 minuti a piedi) non pesa particolarmente. Anzi, ti costringe a compiere un tuffo quotidiano nella vita del paese di Ialissos, della sua piazza, di suoi locali. Insomma, questa distanza ti porta ad assistere a scorci di vita dei suoi abitanti!

zalige, mooie, rustige plek en super vriendelijk!!

Veruit een van de beste verblijfsplaatsen waar ik al ben geweest! Een vriend en ik hebben last minute, en nogal impulsief, tickets gekocht naar Rhodos en kwamen dus toevallig uit bij Vivian studios. Maar het was kortweg zalig!!! Enorm vriendelijk cliënteel, deftige kamers, goede prijs en uitstekende locatie voor diegenen die dichtbij Rodos stad willen zitten, maar tegelijk ver weg van de drukte willen blijven! Een aanrader voor iederen

Brilliant Stay

My partner and I visited here for a week in June and we had an amazing time. On arrival we received a very warm welcome and were offered a cold drink. We were then shown to our room which was lovely. Our room had everything you needed including a basic kitchen area with a fridge freezer, kettle, toastie machine and cutlery. There is also a double hob which was situated by the draining board. We didn't really use the kitchen much as we ate out for most of our meals however on the odd occasion we did make a sandwich to take out with us. Overall the room was lovely comfortable and suited our needs. There was also a safe and air conditioning. The apartments are located about 20 minutes from the beach and about 5 to 10 minutes from the bus stop and taxi rank. I would suggest if you want to visit the beach to take some shoes you can wear in the sea as it is very stoney and a task to get into the water without. The area itself is really nice and we found a couple of really good places to eat courtesy of Vivian. We did however find the portion sizes were huge so we ended up ordering one meal and sharing it between us to save wasting food. Overall I would recommend people to stay here the accommodation is just what you need for a holiday and the owners make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much.

Semplice, pulito ed economico.

Ho trascorso qui le mie vacanze estive insieme alla mia ragazza. La struttura si trova a metà strada tra la città di Rodi e l'aeroporto internazionale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Devo purtroppo partire dalle note dolenti, in quanto, pur avendo prenotato fin da marzo una camera superior con letto matrimoniale, per le prime due notti ci è stata assegnata una camera molto piccola, sprovvista di tv e con i letti singoli. Fortunatamente dal terzo giorno si è resa disponibile la camera che avevamo effettivamente prenotato. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita dotata di aria condizionata e tv: le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati praticamente tutti i giorni. Il personale è molto gentile, disponibilissimo e pronto a farti sentire come a casa.

Lo studios e situato nella parte alta della città , posizione tattica perché vicino ad una strada che permette di attraversare l'isola per spostarsi dall'altra parte dove le spiagge sono migliori, personale cordiale sempre sorridente , gentile e molto disponibile.

in buona posizione, vicino ad aereoporto(5 km) e da Rodi città (7 km) , non facile da trovare ( indicazioni su cartelli di carta attaccati a segnali stradali.Struttura datata, servizio pulizie molto carente ( cambio lenzuola, svuotamento cestini e poco più)nella prenotazione c'era scritto che c'era tv...nemmeno l'ombra.Molto cordiale e disponibile lo staff.

Θα ξαναπήγαινα εύκολα.

Εξαιρετική τιμή, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και μπάνιο, ψυγείο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, σκεύη για μαγείρεμα, air-condition, WiFi (το οποίο δεν χρειάστηκα οπότε δεν μπορώ να απαντήσω για την ποιότητα σήματος). Μην περιμένετε χλιδές, αλλά τα αξίζει τα λεφτά του και με το παραπάνω. Θα χρειαστείτε ωστόσο δικές σας πετσέτες προσώπου και αφρόλουτρο ή/και σαμπουάν, αλλά και πάλι για την τιμή του δωματίου αυτά που προσφέρει είναι υπέρ-αρκετά. Οι άνθρωποι που το έχουν εξαιρετικοί και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Η περιοχή είναι γειτονιά με όλα τα απαραίτητα κοντά και μια συμπαθητική πλατεία στα 2' με τα πόδια. Για την πόλη της ρόδου χρειάζεται συγκοινωνία ή μέσο μεταφοράς.

Cozy hotel, fabulous staff!

We were picked up from the airport by the owner! Upon arrival at the property the greeting we received was warm and welcoming. The staff has gone out of their way to help us with all of our needs. We have extended our original stay and will return again!

Hôtel familial très simple et propre

Accueil chaleureux, Vivian est très serviable et arrangeante. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des personnes présentes, le calme et l'accès rapide aux commerce aux alentour de l'hôtel. J'ai pu louer un vélo grâce à Vivian qui m'a été apporté sur place! Je suis ravi de mon choix d'hôtel qui m'a permis de renouer contact avec la générosité et simplicité relationnelle des grecs. JE recommande fortement cet hôtel aux personnes qui n'aiment pas les grands hôtels que l'on voit partout dans le monde et qui n'ont rien de l'ambiance locale. Une fois encore, le calme et l'accès aux commerces et petits restaurants est un point fort de ce lieux d'hébergement placé à 6 kms de la ville de Rhodes, c'est à dire à 30 mn en vélo, mais avec un parcours de toute beauté le longs des très belles plages ... pour des personnes qui apprécie l'activité physique, c'est un deal excellent !!

Sejour à VIVIAN STUDIO

C'était absolument génial. Pour le rapport qualité/prix. Vivian est quelqu'un de chaleureux accueillant et très à l'écoute.Il ne faut pas être exigeant sur la globalité du séjour en terme de confort . On ne peut pas avoir le prix et le confort d'un shératon. il y a des choix a faire, et nous ne regrettons pas celui ci. De plus, la résidence est située a 10 mn de Rhodes ville neuve et ancienne ville. c'est donc super. je le recommande fortement pour des personnes qui ne cherchent pas le luxe a tout prix.... à bas prix.... surtout.

Henkilökunta tosi mukava ja pyrkivät toteuttamaan kaikki toiveesi. Wifi ei kyllä toimi toivotulla tavalla. Omistaja tietää asiasta ja yrittää selvittää asiaa. Jos tarvitset vain majoitusta etkä vaadi huoneistolta paljoa etkä halua olla turismin keskellä niin tämä on sopiva pieni hostelli sinulle.

sono stata qui ad agosto, Vivian e sua mamma Irene, le proprietarie ci hanno accolto in un clima di disponibilità e gentilezza in un carinissimo giardino di fiori; la struttura in se non è moderna ma c'è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza in totale relax, la zona è molto comoda e ben servita. Ci ritorneremo!
