Property good. Clean. Practical issues: No drawers for underwear etc only facilities for hanging clothes (around 6-7 hangers) so had to keep half stuff in suitcase. Daily bed-making and new bathmat plus loo roll re-fill, which was great. Floors don't get done though and no dustpan or broom to do them yourselves. Towels don't get refreshed - we stayed for 8 days.
Outside was pretty. We were ground floor. Good-sized table and chairs but no parasol so too hot to sit out as no shade..also people above us smoked and we found ash on the table top in the morning so that wasn't great but not the property's fault.
Bed was very comfy indeed!
Overall a good choice and easy to get to Rhodes or Lindos and beyond.

Angaben beziehen sich auf Nebensaison Ende Sep./Anfang Okt!
Ruhig, da wenig Gäste - ausser nachts ab und an Hundegebell, Küche wie erwartet - für uns vollkommen ausreichend, da fast nur für Frühstück genutzt, Zimmeraufteilung angenehm, "Mückenschutz" vor den Eingängen, Safe vorhanden, Badezimmer neu - tägl. Handtuchwechsel, Besitzer/Personal sehr freundlich, Strand fußläufig, Auto für "Großeinkauf im nächsten Ort" oder abendl. Restaurantbesuche "eher" nötig. Ein Auto für Erkundungsfahrten auf der Insel (es gibt viel zu sehen) sollte man auf jeden Fall mieten (falls man nicht den ganzen Tag am Strand bleiben möchte)! Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden

Ich war mit meinen Kindern für 7 Nächte in Sokrates Studios.Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern sehr modern und sauber.Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns die Unterkunft und alles weitere gut erklärt.Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr ruhig,man braucht aufjedenfall ein Auto wenn man Rhodos Stadt was 22 km von der Unterkunft oder Lindos 32 km erkunden möchte.In der Nähe fußläufig ist der Afandou Beach was uns leider nicht so gefallen hat.Im grossen und ganzen was der Aufenthalt sehr entspannend und schön.Kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in ruhigen Apartments
Kleines Familienunternehmen fußläufig zum Afandou Strand. Netter Empfang. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß,ausgestattet mit kleiner Küche,Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach,Herdplatten,Geschirr/Töpfe,Wasserkocher,Nespresso Maschine,TV,Klimaanlage,Badezimmer mit Dusche,Toilette,Fön. Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne,ausgestattet mit Tisch und Stühlen,sowie Wäscheständer. Zimmerreinigung täglich ,alles sehr sehr sauber. Wäsche und Handtuchwechsel ebenfalls täglich.Hoteleigene Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus kostenfrei. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich ,zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Check-in und out unkompliziert und schnell.

La verdad que nos ha sorprendido, mucho mejor que los hotelea de 4 estrellas que hemos estado. Esta cerca de la playa local, a 10 minutos de la playa de tsambika (muy recomendable), a 10 de faliraki (fiestas y tiendas) y a 20 de rodas centro. Al principio cogimos 2 dias, pero lo hemos ampliado. Hemos tenido un par de problemas y nos lo han solucionado muy rapido. Muy limpio. Muy buenos apartamentos.

Милый чистенький и радующий Сократес.
Милый отель-апартаменты в 5 мин ходьбы от пляжа. Большая комната, высокие потолки, чайник, хороший напор воды в душе, балкон, красивая территория вокруг, во дворе живет оооочень дружелюбный кот. Отель найти легко, знаки повсюду. Рядом рыбный греческий ресторан To fresco.
