The rooms were clean but dated and quite small (double with partial sea view was really a descriptive way of saying you need to lean over your balcony to see the sea). Staff were great, some lovely parts of the hotel and a very modern gym was great to utilise. Drinks were of a high level for an AI, and the food at the buffet was varied, maintained and of a high standard. The Al a carte restaurants were excellent too. The only let-down for us was the allowance for sun beds to be reserved by guests who were clearly getting up at 6 am to secure the best spots... sad but avoidable with some simple rules and enforcement. Overall, I would highly recommend the Mitsis Falaraki

Zimmer wurde erst auf. Hinweis abgestaubt. Kleines Bad. Ansonsten ok.

The property is great - well laid out, not too big, and conveniently located on a lovely sandy beach. Staff are great and went out of their way to address any issues. The main thing that could be improved is the buffet - the variety of the food and the items within it were behind other places we have stayed. The lack of self service drinks also a problem. The à la carte restaurants are great, but if you are limited to one visit to each and you stay for a week, you are still eating at the buffet a lot. We are not picky eaters but found everything at lunch and dinner either covered in an unappetizing sauce, too salty, or just not appealing. If they cycled some of the main dishes from the à la carte into the buffet it would sort out the issue. Also, whilst the evening entertainment was varied and high quality, there is nothing for younger kids. A mini disco or equivalent would have solved this, and helped bridge the time between dinner and the main entertainment starting if you are with kids.

Molto buoni i ristoranti.
