friendly hotel

Very friendly hotel. Only down side was it was rather remote, not enough sun beds and had to pay extra for air conditioning. I would stay again as it was so relaxing.

Godt lille hotel med alt inklusive, dog i light udgave. Fin mad, men meget begrænset udbud af øl, vin, og drinks. Bil god ide til at komme rundt. Busstoppested tæt rundt. Fint med shuttlebus til stranden, kunne godt have brugt 2 daglige kørsler. Vores værelse af fin standard

Great hotel !!

We stayed at this hotel a few days a go and we really liked it. The food was good. The pool was clean.the staff were great. The room was clean.the shower is a bit small but still ok. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the bus stop,and the buses come every hour. The beach is a 20 min walk but at 10 in the morning the hotel owner takes you to the beach in a mini van for free and brings you back at 13:00.every morning at 9 ish there is a bus that comes to the hotel that goes to Rhodes and the old city. Every other time you have to walk to the bus stop. The hotel is a good relaxing trip. There are some bars in the town,you can phone the bar a some one can come pick you up and drive you to the bar and they also bring you back to the hotel.me and my girlfriend had a lovely stay at this hotel.

Vi var mkt nöjda med hotellet och det var roligt med så många olika nationella gäster som t.ex engelskmän, tyskar , italienare och holländare. Det som kanske var ett minus var att hotellet låg lite avsides, fyrtio min med buss in till Rhodos stad men vi hyrde bil o då gick det bra.

Hotel Meliton i Theologos, Rhodos

Et greit utgangspunkt for ferie på Rhodos, dersom man har leid seg en bil. Vi var der 14 dager i august 2011. En generell vurdering: -dårlig rengjøring/pleie av bassenget gjorde at vi ikke ville bade der ca halvdelen av oppholdet. Bassenget ble rengjort 1 gang i løpet av oppholdet. -Frokost var veldig ensformig. Bønner, småpølser, eggerøre og hardkokte egg, og syltetøy var spiseli. Kjøttpålegg og ost var av en reletivt lav standard. -Lunsj spiste vi bare 2-3 ganger i løpet av oppholdet, og det var ikke noe spesielt bra. -Middag var faktisk veldig bra 10 av 14 dager. Ordentlig gresk mat, og veldig velsmakende.4 dager var det ikke helt bra Rommet og badet var helt OK, med kjøleskap og air condition. Bra rengjøring av rommet. I opplysningen om hotellet på Hotels.com stod det at internett var inkludert. Dette viste seg å ikke stemme. Første 2 timer var gratis, deretter måtte man betale. Vi hadde med en sønn(12) som vi hadde lovt internett i ferien. Vi måtte betale 3 euro for 2 timer. Så vi endte opp med en ekstraregning på 69 euro. Vel... Men alt i alt, vi hadde det bra. Bil var en forutsetning for å komme seg vekk fra hotellet som lå ganske avsides til. Er man klar over disse forholdene, har man en hyggelig ferie, for Rhodos er en hyggelig øy, med mange muligheter.

Hotel Meliton in Theogolos

Surprisingly good value for money hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lunch and evening meal include many greek specialities. Breakfast a bit repetitive but the Dutch alternative of rolls, cheese and ham is recommended. Hotel attracts tourists from UK, Holland, Greece etc. Outdoor pool, supplied with many sunbeds, very popular. Thank goodness for the 09.45 bus to Rhodes Town which calls at the hotel because location a bit remote. Worth hiring a car because some of the most attractive scenery in Greece are only some 30-45 minutes away. OK, there is a power station half a mile away, with elecricity pylons close by the hotel, but you never see them after the first day. To repeat, a good value for money hotel. You will not be disappointed if you book it. Never heard any critiscism from fellow guests.

Per chi non ama stare nel caos.

Non è molto vicino alla spiaggia, ha un servizio di minibus alle ore 10 che vi riporta in albergo alle 13 altrimenti bisogna farla a piedi ed è lunga! Per gli italiani non è il massimo della cucina,la piscina è ben tenuta e le camere ok. Vi sono principalemente ospiti inglesi. La famiglia che lo gestisce è ottima e cordiale ed il personale anche.
