Great friendly little hotel.

Great friendly little hotel for the individual traveller located in a quiet street close to the Trianda shops and cafés. Nice spacious apartment with everything you need. We liked it!

Our stay at Maritina was a great experience!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, bright and clean. The service was very pleasant and we received good service. One of the better apartments we have had. Really appreciated that there was a washing machine. We strongly recommend Maritina.

Leiligheten var helt nydelig, lys og ren. Servicen var både veldig hyggelig og veldig god. En av de bedre leilighetene vi har leid. Setter virkelig pris på at det var en vaskemaskin. Vi anbefaler Maritina på det sterkeste.

Positives: Nice apartment and lovely pool. Very friendly and helpful owner and the whole place had a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Negatives: Aircon in the bedroom only which meant that the rest of the apartment was very hot.

Otel görevlileri çok güleryüzlüydü. Ulaşım kolaydı. Otobüs durağı ve süpermarket çok yakındı. Çevrede yemek için mekanlar vardı. Ya da rodos merkeze gitmek isterseniz otobüsle yaklaşık 10 15 dk sürüyordu. Otel bahçesi temiz ve bakımlıydı. Havuz yeterince büyük ve temizdi. Bazen havuza yapraklar düşebiliyordu. Odamız 3. ve en üst kattaydı. Odadan wifi güzel çekmiyordu. Yatak odası ve oturma alanı olarak ayrı iki bölüm vardı. Mutfak alanı büyüktü. Odaların eşyaları yeni gibiydi. Odalar yeterince büyük ve ferahtı. Banyo küçük ve boğucuydu. Muhtemelen otel eski bir binaya sahip ve odaları yenilemişler. Ancak banyo yenilenmemiş. Banyoyu hiç beğenmedim. Her iki odadan da küçük birer balkon mevcut. Bir balkonda çamaşırlık var. Diğerinde oturmak için iki sandalye ve küçük bir masa. Balkona açılan pencereler sürgülüydü ve çok zor açılıyordu. Günlük olarak temizlik yapılıyor, ancak süper titiz olduklarını söyleyemem. Normalde 3 günde 1 çarşaf ve havlular değişiyormuş, biz 4 gece kaldık ve hiç değiştirmediler. 3. gecede kıyafet dolabının içinde yerde büyük bir hamam böceği gördük. Bu korkutucuydu. Sonuçta orta karar bir yerdi.

All the staff absolutely wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. Beds and towels changed every third day. Everything you would need in kitchen. Only inprovement that we would have liked was to have had an air conditioner unit in the dining/living area. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone IN FACT ALREADY HAVE.

Fabulous accommodation run by lovely family

This was our second visit to Maritina . I can not recommend these apartments enough. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you are treated perfectly. The apartments are very spacious , well equipped and extremely clean. The lovely cleaning staff visit every day . The pool area allows you a relaxing experience with comfortable sun loungers. Bar and food are great. With the further refurbishment planned Maritina will go from strength to strength. Final thanks go to giannis , smara and Andreas who ensure your stay is perfect. 10/10

Service with a smile and Greek hospitality - a rea

The stay started off really badly when the taxi from the airport took us to the wrong hotel and we were stranded there at nearly midnight for a couple of hiurs. But the folk were so hospitable and the manager at the Martina hotel went out of their way to chase taxi firms up until someone came to get us. And it just got better from there on in. The room was lovely and spacious (and the chambermaids did a brilliant job of cleaning it no matter if it was a bit messy and sandy from our beach towels), the pool was lovely, the location great for us and it was clean. It was a really good price which was important for two students. But most of all the owners and staff were just so nice.

Perfect,beautiful apartments.

Beautifully furnished apartments and really well equipped. Lovely, friendly staff who provided amazing customer service. Gorgeous pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Great location, near to restaurants and shops but far enough away from the busy main road which runs through the small town of Ixia.

Cozy apartment hotel with a nice poolarea

Rooms are ok,except bathroom what really needs renovating. Poolarea is really nice with a small bar and friendly staff.I would recommend this place for people looking for peace and relaxation and simple staying in Rhodes. Big and only really negative thing was a noice starting 8 am from a new building coming next to Maritina.
