Room, staff, service and grounds were lovely. The only thing missing was a nice beach and dining options nearby. Parking availability was also difficult if returning late in evening. We really enjoyed our stay at Kresten Palace and would return again.

A lovely hotel with great buffet breakfast each day. Facilities were super with a great pool and access to a beach. Good location very central to Rhodes town and Faliraki.

Fantastiskt!

Helt underbart hotell. Oftast brukar bilderna vara gamla eller tillfixade, men inte i detta fallet. Istället var verkligheten bättre än bilderna. Vi fick fantastisk hjälp från all personal. Poolområdet var mysigt. Restaurangerna bra och miljön underbar. Det var också nära till allt med både buss och bil.

Das Zimmer war das Premium Zimmer für 4 Personen mit dem Pool direkt am Zimmer. Ich fand vorallem das Bad war wirklich in einem schlechten Zugang. eine Varietät von Fliesen in der Dusche, verfärbte Fußabstreifer, und man konnte die Rohre sehen unter dem Waschbecken, welche gelb verfärbt waren. Die Tür war auf der Innenseite demoliert. Außerdem hat der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert denn er war zu kalt eingestellt. Das Personal an der Rezeption fand ich sehr unhöflich und ist auf meine Bitte nicht eingegangen, sondern hat verneint ohne den Manager zu fragen Das "Warme" Essen im Restaurant war in der Früh und am Abendbuffet trotz Wärmebehälter nur lau bis kalt. Unsere beiden Restaurant Kellner waren der tägliche Lichtblick. Familienfreundlich naja,.... Animation war auf Deutsch, aber der Spielplatz war noch nicht richtig in Stand gesetzt und der Pool war nicht beheizt, dass die Kinder auch nur wenig Möglichkeit hatten bei schlechten Wetter etwas im Hotel zu machen. ZU bezeichnen, dass das Hotel einen Strand hat ist auch eher nicht realistisch. Der Zugang ist zum Teil nicht wirklich möglich und die Liegen die zum Hotel gehören sind nochmal ca 20 M vom Strand entfernt

We stayed for five nights. The hotel is nice overall. We were upset that there were no disposable slippers. The same things always come out at breakfast, but they are delicious. Many comments were made. I can not say it was a bad hotel; it was nice.

Çoğu şey çok iyiydi. Sadece kötü olan sabah erken saatte üst kattan sandalye sürüme sesleri ile uyanmamızdı. Otelin plajı var ve tertemiz,havuz ve restoran iyiydi. Açık büfe genelde ingiliz turistlere hitap eden fasulye,bacon tarzı ağırlıklı idi.

Beautiful property. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Lunch by the pool was delicious too. Good cocktails at reception bar and pool bar. Bus stop out front of hotel made it easy to go to Rhodes Town inexpensively and quickly. I would gladly stay here again.

The dining options could have been better and more varied. The general sea view rooms were very average. We had to upgrade to deluxe rooms with pool access which were much better.

The bus stops right outside the hotel were useful for getting to and from Rodos cheaply rather than relying on taxis. Also theres a taxi rank right over the road should you need it. Theres also supermarkets/ tavernas/ pharmacies in a walkable distance away should you need then. Staff were really helpful and welcoming, room was clean but could have done with a few more toiletries in the bathroom. The fridge in the room was a godsend for storing water!

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel bien situé, au calme, avec une grande facilité pour se garer a l'entrée de hotel. De plus, il est très agréable et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel très sympathiques et souriants sont aux petits soins, soucieux du bien être des clients, n'hésitant pas à conseiller, un accueil parfait! La chambre était très agréable et très propre face à la mer. Quant au petit-déjeuner : varié, copieux avec de très bons produits. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander! Continuez ainsi , c'était parfait ! Ne changez rien et bonne continuation à toute l'équipe ! "

Beautiful resort but lacking some standards.

The resort it beautiful, Unfortunately the breakfast is bad both in terms of choice and quality. Lunch and dinner is better, this morning before we left there was a lady filling 7 used water bottles from the water machine in the buffet and touching the tips of the machine with her bottles staff saw her doing this and nothing was said. So unhygienic.

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich - es war umfassbar heiss zum schlafen. Ansonsten auch nicht sehr gut isoliert und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war mitteilmässig. Früchte aus Konserven und das Fleisch ungeniessbar
