「The reception staff were really amazing, we were stranded late at night with no accommodation as our other holiday was cancelled, with one phone call we were given a room, the hotel was clean and everyone made us feel welcome. 「The rooms were clean for the most part, and the front desk staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill toward the end of our stay. The shower began leaking and needed to be repaired, and we were told we could not take a shower until after 5:00 PM that day. 「The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It is possible to walk to the old town in 20-30 minutes but there is also a bus. There are buses to Lindos and other areas nearby. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is small but very clean. Domy on reception is an absolute star. She greets everyone by name and is so helpful providing advice on restaurants and more! She was so interesting to talk to as well. The other staff are also pleasant and helpful. We felt...

「Absolutely perfect venue for the trip I had, brilliant location to head out into Faliraki (10 minute walk). Provided you’re happy self catering except breakfast it’s perfect. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. If I come back to Rhodes I’ll certainly be staying again!」

「The owners/managers are onsite everyday and are happy to spend time chatting. It's a very social atmosphere with everything taking place in the snack bar which is right next to the pool. There is a cleaner on-site most days to clean vacated rooms and the site is maintained very nicely. Being totally self catering, room cleanliness is down to the occupants, the cleaner will only go into the room once a week. The pool is big enough to not be overcrowded. Die Hotelbar bietet eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen und hat bis 02:00 Uhr geöffnet. Nebenan ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Parkplätze sind manchmal schwierig.
