Great value staff with excellent staff

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There aren’t many food options around so you’ll need to get a tram 1-2 stops but hotel was good value

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, recommending a very good Italian restaurant in the area. We didn't have the hotel's breakfast though. The hotel is very convenient for car travellers and the tram stop is only a five minute walk. Thank you - we'll be back!

Sehr freundliches Personal

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Nähe zum Messe-Gelände super. Aber das Frühstück für fast 20 Euro extra, fand ich extrem! Der Wasser-Druck in der Dusche war auch sehr schwach, so dauert es ewig bis man lange Haare gewaschen hat... Und für kleine Menschen bitte den Duschkopf nicht so hoch montieren bzw. dass man die Halterung in der Höhe nach unten verstellen kann. Rewe ist gleich neben an, falls man etwas braucht, das fand ich top. Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel leider eher knapp verfügbar und kosten auch 10 Euro extra pro Nacht. Die bargeldlose Bezahlung fand ich nicht ok, aber ist halt unsere Gesellschaft.

Dagje Karlsruhe

Spiksplinternieuw hotel in een buitenwijk van Karlsruhe. Hotel als het wijkje zijn ingericht volgens de laatste trends. Vanwege parkeerstress in binnenstad had ik dit hotel gekozen. De tram stopt voor de deur. Deze brengt je in 20 minuten downtown. Gelet op de kamerprijs had ik een koelkastje op de kamer verwacht.
