I booked this place as the ad says it has it's own parking on site, it does not. Size is best suited to a couple or a single person. It is small for more than 2 people. The staff was easy to contact when we had an issue with the room and they were helpful in finding a solution.

I loved this place. It was in the perfect neighborhood. Much bigger than I even expected. I’m used to small spaces in Europe. Plenty of room to walk around we had three adults two children. It is loud at night. There’s a bus stop out front and you can hear the buses and people talking loudly but that did not bother us if you like quiet not the place for you, but we thought it was perfect. I love being able to walk around and go to restaurants and shops. It did get a little warm in the apartment. It felt stuffy at times, but with the window open, we could not sleep because of the noise outside. But like I said, I’d rather be in a busy area and deal with a little bit of noise. I would recommend it 100% to anyone visiting Reykjavík specially with kids so that we could have some breakfast without having to go out. Also, there is an Indian restaurant below, and the food is amazing.

We loved everything about this location. Very clean apartment, even though it feels more like a small dorm room. We enjoyed all the shops, bars and restaurants one street up. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great location a short walk from bus stop 6 making it ideal for transfers and day trip pick-ups / drop-offs. Kitchenette was really useful for making sandwiches for day trips.

Ver clean and modern apartments. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. Great downtown location. Walkable to most attractions. Would definitely stay again. Had to walk up steep steps with luggage. A bit noisy at night, due to being on a main street. A little hard to locate- signage could be better.

It’s ok for one night

The location is in good proximity to all the major sites and clean. Close to everything you need. The apartment was fine for one night, but I do not recommend this place for families. It’s so small. Noise coming from the street below will keep you up all night. And street parking was difficult to find. Also, it’s on the second floor so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs.

We landed in Reykjavik on early sunday morning, we requested for early checkin previously as our regular checkin is not until 3 PM. She agreed with an extra charge which was ok for us. When we reached the property, the key code that was sent to us over email wont work. After multiple tries calling the number given in the email, we were connected and was put on hold and was told that we would be called back. Upon that, we were not informed that there was some construction / remodel work happening, which I found very inconvenient for the guests. I would have appreciated if we were notified about it previously. Apartment was clean though. But if I think about the stay, I would remember the initial difficulty with checkin process. Location of the apartment was very central with walking distance to all the main attractions in Reykjavik.

We stayed one night. Appreciate the washer/drier and laundry detergent. Coffee maker and pods, room darkening curtain (traveled in June so day light all day), quiet room, beds ready on arrival, easy check in and out, communication excellent. Would recommend to family and friends.

Loved my tiny apartment! It was perfect for one - 2 would’ve been a bit of a challenge. It was quiet. Street noise was unavoidable. Clean. Easy to access. No luggage storage as listed online?? Would recommend!

Fantastic location, everything we wanted no more than 15 minutes walk away. Bit cosy but good what we needed it for, easily did breakfast and a few evening meals in the kitchen area. Bin etc emptied daily.

I really enjoyed my stay at this studio apartment. As my flight got in early, the manager made sure I had the code to leave my things safely store before having access to the apartment. The unit is close to the city's "main street" and even further activities like the National Museum or the Settlement Museum are in a walkable distance. Perfect!
