Excellent location, beautiful view. Modern interior design. Would be great to have clothing storage. Also there are some scuffs on the wall and ceiling that should be addressed, to maintain the general appearance of the suite. Great stay.

The ease of booking, checking in/out, communication was the best I have experienced, the room was perfect: clean, comfortable, had all that we needed, great view of the ocean, and breakfast croissants were fresh with fresh fruit. Definitely would book here again! My parents and sisters paid the same for a nearby hotel and had no breakfast or views.

I had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Reykjavik. The staff were incredibly responsive and always replied right away whenever we needed assistance. Everything about the stay was comfortable and convenient, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I ever return to Reykjavik in the future, this will def be my first choice. Highly recommended!

The place was fine- clean, convenient location. There were minimal amenities (ex no creamer for coffee or shampoo/conditioner). Check in was easy and overall it was fine. Felt overpriced for the offering, but so did a lot of other places. Note- we had a toddler and the fire extinguisher and oven were at the worst possible height (not an issue with the place, but fair warning for those traveling with little ones).

The room was perfect. Accessing it at 01.30 am took a while as we were very tired and couldn’t immediately find the entrance. It felt very secure and was a great central location from which to explore Reykjavík and very close to the pick up bus stop no. 9 for tours.

Sauberkeit und Lage waren top. Jedoch gab es ein Problem mit dem Frühstück, bei 3× Frühstück wäre kein Kaffee am Abreisetag vorgesehen, nachdem mir am Vortag eine Nachliefrung versprochen wurde. Für so ein hochpreisiges Apartment ein no go. Der Mitarbeiter war wenig bemüht und ich fand dies sehr kleinlich.

Great apartment complex in the city center. Just a few walking minutes away from all major shops & restaurants. Great kitchen & bathroom. The beds were very comfy. Overall it was very good value for money. Some people complained about the self check-in which was very easy & smooth for us. Would stay here again!

The check in time is too rigid. We arrived at the property around 10 am. The check in time is 4:00 pm. We were not even allowed to enter the building until after 3:30 pm. That happened after countless back and forth messages with the property management office. We had to carry our large suitcases around and roaming the streets for more than five hours. The location of the property is very central and convenient. The studio we rented is pretty clean and well equipped. It would be nice if there’s a microwave in the room.

We didn't receive the code needed to get in and had to phone after arriving in Iceland (they didn't respond to my messages on Expedia). Things were missing from the suite including the kettle, bowls, mugs, hairdryer and a picture from the wall. We phoned and somebody brought replacements. We stayed for 7 nights in June/July. We only had 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel each, but I emailed asking for more and they were delivered the following day. The suites are well located for restaurants and tour bus stops. There's a convenience store opposite but it's only a 6 minute walk to the Bonus grocery store for better prices. FYI the suites don't have microwaves or toasters. The room was very warm, but had 2 small windows which could be opened. I would probably have given it 5 stars if we had received the access code before checking in and the apartment hadn't had things missing when we arrived.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. I spent 3 nights as a solo traveller - felt safe, it was very conveniently located near bus stop #9 for all my tours, and there was a convenience store and restaurants just across the street. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and having a kitchen in the suite really helped. I would there again.

The property was very nice and clean. We had a problem with our check in, which was very frustrating at the time. They did give me a partial refund for receiving a down graded room. It was still nice, but the confusion at check in was very inconvenient. They did respond to my concerns.
