Everything was incredibly clean, very comfortable, the only reason I even gave a 4 star for the staff is because I didn’t even see any staff, we just had quick correspondence via text message! That’s not necessarily a bad thing however. I’d gladly stay at base camp again!

Great room -- very clean, spacious, modern. Very well-equipped kitchen (best I've ever seen in a rental). Self check-in, so there is no management staff on premises -- but they were quick to respond to text messages. We forgot a bunch of hanging clothes when we left, and had to make arrangements for them to be picked up by a friend and brought to us in Golden -- guest services was very accommodating and helpful to make it happen. Only complaint is that the door to an adjoining room allowed noise to come through -- loud talking and laughter from next door was clearly audible at times.

Be warned- there are TWO Basecamp places in Revelstoke- we only stayed at the downtown location but friends ended up at the other one at the other end of town. The downtown one is managed by the other so you won’t have a front desk or staff around should you need anything. The space is comfortable and the location is ideal. Parking is super convenient. There is not much insulation between the units so if you are a light sleeper- it may not be ideal but it didn’t bother us. The top floor hot tub is fun and social. We will stay here again!

Great location in a quiet, friendly town. Hot Tub was good to relax in after a day of walking. Only negative was that the access code is sent via SMS and does not arrive if you have an international number, so we had to drive back to the main hotel on the other side of the town to get our code.

Great place with multi room options on two levels for families or friends, large common area and full kitchen. Clean and quiet for a reasonable cost. Will stay here again. Had an issue again receiving the initial email with our door code, just call the number on the main door and they will resend the code right away.

This is the first time we tried a staff-less hotel and the email communications were great. the hotel rooms are complete apartments (except no living room) and even have a washer/dryer. Excellent for skiers and travellers. there were 2 rooftop hot tubs with perfect temperature for those long tired days. Overall and excellent stay.
