Nettes, liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel. Schöner geräumiger Innenpool und SPA, mit angenehmen Wassertemperaturen. Vernünftige Betten, nach dem Ausschlafen erwartet einen ein tolles Frühstück, bei dehnen es an nichts fehlt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Koch, der Waffeln und verschiedene Eierspeisen freundlich und lecker anrichtet. Sogar frisch gepresster Orangensaft ist vorhanden. Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern verreist und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Hotel zu empfehlen. Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Hunde willkommen und Gratis. Parkplatz gratis vor der Türe. Frühstück sehr gut, alles was es braucht und mehr. Mittagssnack und Kuchen am Nachmittag inklusive. Zimmer gross und sauber. Miniclub sehr gute Betreuung, für gross und klein. Wellness gut, leider der innen Pool zu kalt.

Die Zimmer im Altbau sind veraltet. Badewanne mit Dusche kombiniert und Einstieg in die Wanne sehr hoch. Wasserhahn und Handtuchhalter in Gold. Alles veraltet. Sauberkeit der Zimmer war gut. Essen und Wellness Angebot auch sehr gut.

Das Programm über Silvester war sehr gut. Täglich musikalische Unterhaltung. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß und ansprechend. Das Hotel selber ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber die neue junge Hotelleitung ist sehr bemüht dies durch viel Engagement zu kompensieren.

Einmal und nie mehr

Man bezahlt gleich viel wie in einem 5* Hotel. Aber die Leistungen gleichen einem 3* Hotel. Das Essen am Abend war das Beste. Das Frühstück war ok. Der Wellnessbereich total unübersichtlich und vom Baustil her alt und neu durcheinander. Nichts hat zusammenpasst. Das Hotel sollte dringend saniert werden. Das Personal war einigermaßen freundlich. Hatte aber keine Ahnung vom Fach. Dieses Hotel würde ich zu diesem Preis keinem empfehlen. Das Wasser im Zimmer kostet 6.60 Euro. Eine Frechheit bei diesen Zimmerpreis.

ursprünglich über Expedia gebuchte Zimmerkategorie war später doch nicht verfügbar - kostenpflichtiger Suite- Upgrade musste bezahlt werden. Bett entweder extrem weich oder einfach Matratze durchgelegen. WLAN Access Point im Schlafzimmer im Kopfbereich. Service stark verbesserungsfähig (Wartezeiten). Im Wellnessbereich für Erwachsene auch Kinder und niemand hat hier mal geschaut oder sich gekümmert. Im einzigen derzeit verfügbaren Restaurant waren auch Hunde erlaubt (wer es mag toll, wie mögen es nicht).

Kurzurlaub im Tannheimer Tal

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel. Bei der Ankunft fragten wir uns, wo genau der Haupteingang sich befindet... Zimmer war der Hammer, grosszügig und sauber. Die Wellnesanlage sieht sehr gut aus, jedoch bei näheren Betrachtung sind die einen oder anderen Mängel ersichtlich. Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte wohl eine Auffrischung. Der Service ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Beim ersten Nachtessen wussten wir nie genau, wann was kommt. Der Kellner ging davon aus, dass wir schö wüssten wo das Salatbüffet sich befindet. Aufs Käasebüffet hat er uns nicht hingewiesen. Das zweite Nachtessen im "Grotto Valle Piano" war der Service fast perfekt. Der Kellner wollte die Bestellung aufnehmen, obwohl meine Partnerin noch nicht am Tisch sass... Mit der Gästekarte können die Bahnen im Tannheimer Tal kostenlos benutzt werden. Also nix wie los und ab auf die Alm zum Apfelstrudel Genuss. Übers Ganze gesehen eine tolles Hotel. Wir kommen wieder.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Spa - Bereich, großen Pools mit sehr schöner Liegewiese. Personal war sehr freundlich und suchte für alle Wünsche Lösungen. Vom Hotel aus gute Möglichkleiten für Wanderungen und Radtouren.

Lauwarm und OK

Es war OK....aber von einem 5 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr als OK erwartet. Mitarbeiter kamen mir gehetzt vor. Wellnessbereich war sehr schön, allerdings sollte ein Hot whirl pool nicht lauwarmes Wasser haben, auch das Aussenbecken könnte etwas beheizter sein. Frühstück ok. Insgesamt nichts was wirklich einen WOW Effekt hervor gerufen hat. Schön war, dass das Hotel nicht überlaufen war.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gutes Wellness- Angebot, sehr freundliche Bedienung, sehr sauber, gutes Essen besonders reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Die Lage des Hotels und das schöne Tannheimertal haben wir genossen.

Wunderschönes Wellness-Hotel

Dieses Hotel bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung in einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Großer Spa-Bereich -> auch bei schlechtem Wetter fällt die größere Anzahl an Besuchern kaum auf.

Fantastic hotel! Lakeside does not mean lake view and the light in the bathroom is not adequate for applying makeup, but the service is great and there are lots of great things to do in the area. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The pools and sauna area were lovely and the bathrobes and pool bag were a nice touch. The Haldensee is an easy walk from the hotel. On the high end for cost, but a nice vacation retreat for friends and families.
