Beautiful stay

Great location, wonderful staff, amazing rooms and views. The staff was welcoming and had great recommendations for biking and hiking. The views were gorgeous. They had a lot of activities for children and families. I would stay here again.

Hotel wo der Gast König ist und dies auch spürt. Es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt, wenn man mit dem Personal spricht. Mich hat errstauntr, dass ich einfach so ein Upgrade Zimmer bekommen habe.

Hub nach Neuschwanstein

Die Hotelwahl entstand eigentlich aus einer Notlage. Wir hatten uns kurzfristig für die Besichtigung der nahegelegenen (ca. 30km) Schlösser Neuschwanstein und Neuschwangau entschieden, und dieses Hotel bot beim Buchen das beste Verhältnis in Sachen Nähe, Ambiente, Ansprüchen und Preis. Der langen Rede kurzer Sinn: Das Hotel als solches ist Spitze. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der anschliessende Service war sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Ebenfalls gefallen hat uns das Hotelzimmer (für zwei Erwachsene mit Kind) - also eine Art Doppelzimmer mit Etagenbett für zwei Kinder. Zimmer hell, geräumig und mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Berge. Hotel-Pool und Wellness-Angebote konnten wir infolge Zeitmangel leider nicht nutzen. Zur Lage des Hotels: Dieses befindet sich im Wintersportort Berwang im Tirol Mitten im Hochsommer ist da natürlich nicht viel los. Dies störte uns aber nicht, da wir das Hotel sowieso nur als Hub für die erwähnte Schloss-Exkursion über die Grenze genutzt hatten. Aber wenn man nach dem Aufwachen oder beim Chillen am Abend einen Ausblick auf die Berge hat, und man mal die Ruhe geniessen will, ist das trotzdem ein Aufsteller. Nun, wir können das Hotel jedem empfehlen.

prima hotel voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen

Het hotel is volledig ingesteld op gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Onze al wat oudere kinderen hebben zich echter prima vermaakt in het zwembad, maar het is echt een kinderhotel. Het hotel bood half-pension. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, maar het diner konden we niet waarderen. Het buffet voor de kinderen was zeer beperkt en vonden onze kinderen niet lekker (veel aanbod van groenten). De omgeving is schitterend. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

In die Jahre gekommenes 4 Sterne Hotel.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr ansprechend.Das Hotelpersonal war auch sehr nett. Doch für ein 4 Sterne Haus fehlte was. Die Sauerkeit lies sehr zu Wünschen übrig. 1 Tag gar kein Zimmerservice. Ein benutzes Glas stand den ganzen Aufenthalt im Zimmer. Der Clou war :" nicht 1 Blatt Toilettenpapier war im Bad." So was darf in einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht passieren.
