Recommended

It was an excellent stay, exceeded our expectations (considering the prior comments and the price). The room was very clean and tidy, all the equipment was top notch and readily available. Check-in and check-out was seamless, and the location was very convenient. Only problem I could point out was, that one of the beds in our room was right next to the entrance of the bathroom, which made it a bit awkward and inconvenient.

Good location, nice rooms

Overall the room was nicely sized, clean and comfortable for one adult and 2 kids. Only complaint I have is that no cleaning has been done, despite my request per hotel procedure - only got garbage emptied and new towels but no vacuum cleaning, no bathroom cleaning and no fresh beds. Very disappointed for a 8 nights stay.

The check in process is fully automated and had to wait to be cleared for my payment before receiving entry into the property. The room was nice, clean. The only issue was the window was open in the bathroom and the space got wet from rain. I received no response from the property when I reached out.

The rooms are fine. As is the position in town. But note that there are NO humans involved. Everything is via electronics. Even the check in. Which is fine, a long as it the electronics (all computerised) works. When that fails - as it did with me and at least one other (a couple) then things fall badly apart. Word of advice, against all logic, it is probay be best to pay upfront (online). The system with paying upon arrival - while standing in the outside in the street, and in the rain... - when the payment system is badly programmed and malfunctionjng - is simply grim.

Confusing!!

This whole hotel was just a bit confusing. The automated check in was abit chaotic - we didn't receive our 'special check in instructions' email so didn't have our unique code to get into the property which resulted in several confusing phone calls which wasnt ideal at 8pm with a very tired toddler. On entry of the property there wasn't an elevator and of course we were placed at the top floor. The room numbers were not clearly displayed so that left us guessing too. When we got into the room, we discovered that one of the windows didn't have a blind or curtains on it so had to make-shift a covering so we didn't get woken up at 6am the following day. Overall - a bit of a disappointing experience. The room was clean and the hotel was generally quiet though.

Ich hatte das Hotel auf einer Dienstreise gebucht. Als ich ankam wurde keine Buchung gefunden… da es nur ein Terminal gibt auch keine Hilfe. Leider hat es an diesem Tag auch geregnet und ich stand wortwörtlich im Regen. Nach telefonischer Beratung durch den Support musste ich mit samt meinem Gepäck ins Schwesterhotel laufen. Dort stellte man den Fehler fest und konnte mir ein Zimmer geben. Ich kenne es normalerweise dass man versucht silch einen Fehler wieder gut zu machen (zimmer uprade, gratis Frühstück… ) nicht so in diesem Hotel. Man lässt den Gast einfach im strömenden Regen zurück laufen. Am Hotel angekommen funktioniert der bereitgestellte Code leider wieder nicht und man muss erneut die Hilfe am Telefon ersuchen… das hat mir meinen Aufenthalt entsprechend vermiest. Ansonsten ist das Hotel günstig, entsprechend sollte man keinen hohen Standard erwarten

Ich war bereits dreimal in diesem Hotel, doch dieses Mal war es eine Katastrophe. Ich wurde vom Aspire Castillo, das keine Rezeption hat, zum Aspire mit Rezeption geschickt, ohne klare Informationen oder Unterstützung. Obwohl ich ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht hatte, gab es kein drittes Bett im Zimmer – völlig unakzeptabel. Auf meine Beschwerden wurde nur unzureichend eingegangen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen.

CheckIn war nicht möglich weil ich angeblich nicht bezahlt habe. Nach mehreren Telefonaten habe ich 45 Min. später den Zugangscode bekommen. Vermutlich liegt der Fehler bei Ihnen (Expedia), da die Zahlung an das Hotel nicht vorlag. Das müsst ihr unbedingt verbessern!

Wohnung für Familien ausreichend, allerdings ist das vierte „Bett“ etwas kurz. Laut ( Straßenlärm und Tauben), da wir mit offenen Fenster aufgrund der Wärme schlafen mussten. Sonst i. O. Die Unterkunft war in gutem Zustand, allerdings wären Ablagen im Bad schön gewesen. Der Check-in hat gut funktioniert.

Buchung 1h vorher ist ne Katastrophe. Eine Stunde vorm Hotel gewartet. Erst mit Doppelzahlung Code erhalten und immer noch nicht zurück bekommen. Dann zusätzlich noch Code für Zimmer verdreht und nochmals ewig niemand mehr erreicht. Frühstück in Nachbarhotel, Parken schwierig.

Hotel ohne Rezeption! Ich persönlich hatte Pech und vom Start keine gute Erfahrung. Man brauchte einen Pin zum check in ( dazu braucht man Zugriff auf seinen Expedia Account wenn man vor dem Hotel steht). Unter der Nummer an der Tür war niemand erreichbar. Die in Expedia erwähnten Parkplätze am Hotel sind nur beim Haupthotel verfügbar ( ich hatte viel Gepäck). In meinem Zimmer war anscheinend das Bad gestrichen worden, aber danach keine Grundreinigung erfolgt. Weißer feiner Staub auf Fenster, Tür und Co und vor allem hatte dort ein Handwerker stark geraucht und das Bad roch wie in einem Raucher Zimmer. Da keine Rezeption vorhanden, war natürlich keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wechseln....Nicht nochmal.

we didnt get the room, the hotel was overbooked. The place in the center city of Reutlingen is quite impossible to reach by car because of route works in the next street. Other comments are impossible because just at our arrival we knew that no room was available.
