「There was no hot water at night time. Apparently they turn it off at night. Tried to shower ant 5:50am and there was no hot water. And the heat didn’t work so the room was unbearably cold as it was below zero outside. We spoke to the hotel clerk about these issues and he was rude and dismissive and told us we were lying. The place was also very unclean and smelly. Overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Lots of long term guests living out of rooms here and the walls are very thin. We...

「Light bulbs missing, no clock, coffee maker, chairs torn & old!! Old dirt behind toilet, hole in wall glued over with brown paper bag, no safety bar in tub / shower, window Soo dirty couldn’t see out, bed comfortable & sheets clean. Pre paid for 3 nights but left after one. You need to inspect before you endorse!!」
