「very good 」

「We were here for a short 2 night stay-getting in late for check in and leaving early for check out. The front staff were kind and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. It was a great deal for what we got, especially with a kitchen area. We didn't know you had to ask them to provide a coffee maker in the room, because the kitchen is bare (just an fyi)--but once we learned that was great to know. It was also close to the airport which one of the reasons I booked it. I would stay there...

「When we checked in and went to the room, we found the room to be unsatisfactory for what I think Embassy Suites would expect. The floor had stains on it, there was a hole in the carpet, the toilet had not been flushed. Really quite disappointed. The upset side was the staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast was quite good. Probably would not choose to stay at this particular Embassy Suites though」

「This is your classic, modern airport hotel. Not close to anything other than the airport (and even that wasn’t really close) and a rather sterile, corporate suburbia environment. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that and it serves a purpose, but they missed the mark. The staff was clearly annoyed with my presence at the front desk on two separate occasions.
