I had booked this room through hotels.com, and was told during check out that my payment information was not available and I had to pay again. I informed the staff that I had already paid. The hotel told me they will confirm my booking later that day which I found ridiculous. At the end, no additional payment was needed. However, the fact that there is not even a front desk at this hotel did not help with my overall feeling not to recommend this hotel. "
