El personal fue demasiado amable y resolvió nuestras necesidades inmediatamente. Habían muchas tiendas caminando por lo que fue súper útil comprar lo que necesitábamos. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí mil veces.」

「The pool is a lot smaller in person, there are literally only 4 chairs out! the breakfast wasn’t bad but was basically the same every morning just changing 1-2 items. they also charged me $30 to have a friend over (no sleep over or anything)! really unfortunate that everything in colombia comes with an extra fee, including your hotel.」

「Everyone was very kind and good service. It is loud at night due to the street, but the hotel even warns you of that before booking. It’s not the hotels fault, just don’t stay right in parque ilaras or provenza if you want it to be quiet at night. If you don’t mind the noise the hotel is fantastic.」
