Do yourself a favor and go to another extended stay in the area. The location is not great. All the room directly leads outside. So you can hear all the noises from the parking lot. I checked out the next day and they declined my refund despite initial agreement to refund

Overall the stay was ok. It was convenient to where we needed to be but the room itself seemed very damp. The AC worked very well but everything felt very damp and humid.

The staff were unpleasant to deal with and not helpful. The room was gross - bugs alive and dead in every room and there was someone’s hair in the freezer. The AC unit sounded like a truck was driving through the downstairs wall. I ended up leaving two nights early without reimbursement as it felt worth it solely to get out of that place.

When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes to check in. They key card that was assigned to me didnt work and then the staff informed me that he forgot to inform me that the lock would have to be turned the other way around. Additionally the secondary lock inside was not working.

The extended stay was exactly what I needed when I moved back to the east coast. The front desk staff was nice and quick. The room and bathroom need a bit of love. Otherwise a solid stop while I worked and waited to move into my apartment.

We never saw the staff, even at the desk, except when it was check in, or check out, and during the 0100hr fire alarm which triggered the depopulation of the hotel into the street for about an hour.

Stayed at a low rate which I was very thankful for. The property is rather old but has been renovated and has good amenities like USB charging ports, a wide-screen TV, and an efficiency kitchenette. Instead of a desk there is a counter with high-top chairs which were a nice touch. There's also a comfy lounge chair. The air conditioner is powerful and quiet. I hate to mention this, but I have to say that the room and the linens were clean but still smelled like Virginia Slims cigarette smoke that was treated with an ozone sanitizer. I'm guessing that's due to the property's age. I saw more than two people smoking in the courtyard at various times (this is a motel-style property with doors that open to the outside). Chick-fil-A, Potbelly, First Watch, and Chipotle are right outside the front door. Staff was excellent and I will stay there again.
