Cons: On the first evening, when I asked a staff member for an extra pillow, she said they couldn't provide one because the hotel is fully booked (!?). "Room was clean and comfortable. Was upgraded to garden view. 1 minute walk to bus stop with very frequent service to city centre. Cafe was spacious and offered nice surroundings to work while enjoying good coffee and a tasty pintxos. Free parking. Room service every other day."

"The room was well appointed but tiny, barely any room for 2 suitcases. However, brilliant location and staff were amazing. Shout out to Oskar who explained everything and booked a restaurant for us on our first night. Cost of parking is outrageous in Ssn Sebastián."
