Lovely Rennes.

Excellent location with supermarkets and bakeries close buy. Easy route to city centre by bus or on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ok for a night

Spacious room but way too hot upon arrival. Opened windows to cool off & then contended with mosquitoes all night. Very little tp left & no “front desk” to ask. Overall, ok for a chain hotel room.

A ne pas renouveler

Arrivée apres une grosse journee de travail a 20h. Automate en panne, pas de parking. Obligé de laisser ma voiture assez loin de lhotel. Personne qui repond sur la hotline, veuillez laisser un mail. Je ne suis pas restée la 2eme nuit. Et a l'accueil le matin, il ne voulait pas me rembourser ma seconde nuit ni me faire un avoir. Donc sejour de mediocre. Hotel.com a éviter.

Bon séjour en famille

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont propres et l'appart est assez grand et équipé d'un petit coin cuisine deux petits point négatifs cependant : - L'enregistrement se fait à 15h et non 14h comme un indiqué sur le site hotel.com - il n'est pas autorisé de stationner dans l'enceinte de l'établissement si vous avez un minibus. Pour le parking souterrains je comprends aisément mais pour la ruelle je trouve ça légèrement abusé, surtout qu'il n'y a rien d'écris sur le site.

Bon pour une ou deux nuits

Il y avait peu de prises électriques. Dans la deuxième pièce, il n'y avait pas l'interrompteur de lumière, les deux lumières sur les chevalets de nuit ne marchait pas, une télévision sur deux marchait, laporte de la douche grincait, il n'y avait pas de poubelle dans la toilette. Sinon, tout fonctionnait correctement. Pour aller au parking, il faut être vigilant comme il faut traverser deux rues.

Appartement avec une odeur désagréable, nettoyage approximatif. Pas assez de serviettes mises à disposition nous étions 4 et seulement 2 serviettes, pas de personnel pour nous nous en fournir. Le canapé lit était abominable bruyant, nous pouvions compter chaque ressort,.. Le matelas grattait,un réveil difficile et douloureux.Sans parler de la chaleur et le manque de ventilateur. Nous avons noté 1 car le 0 n'est pas possible....
