Tv didnt work check in was not in the same building so be aware of that i had trouble with the code numbers i was given to get in and out of the building i was staying didnt work correctly on the 1st evening ok after that room was clean bed comfortable hotel was well situated for the train station etc

Good quality-price relationship. Spartan but comfortable. Great location close to station and also an easy walk to the center. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Easy check in and check out. My only complaint is that something (probably water pipes or water pump) was quite noisy. I was able to sleep through it but if you're a light sleeper make sure they don't put you in a room near the water pipes.

Clean facility, decent bathroom. After hour check in is in another location across the street (front door notice should indicate that!). Room did not come with a blanket (maybe I am unlucky?).

Terrible wifi....beware

Overall it was okay. Clean and I liked that there was a locked compartment fridge and pantry with a shared kitchen. The wifi however....it cuts out every 2 minutes so if you have work to do, forget it. I asked the front desk about it but they didn't do anything.

Clean and tidy in good location. Was told no to an early check-in without even checking to see if there was any rooms available. Check-in was later than what was written on my confirmation. Room did not have curtains.

Des mon arrivée le 14 juillet la femme à l accueil m'a mal accueilli. Je devrais payer en liquide et elle a refusé de prendre les sous car elle a exigé de moi la money exacte alors que elle pouvait et avait de la monaie. Je lai supplié meme de prendre les sous car jetais fatigué et que je reviendrais le lendemain prendre la monnaie restante et elle a refusé. Elle me dit d aller acheter kebab pour avoir la monaie. Elle etait hyper désagréable. Je suis parti chercher de la monnaie pour payer la chambre. Et la encore elle me fait patienter plus dune heure pour me donner le papier sur lequelle mon code d'entrée etait inscrit pourtant le papier etait pret devant elle. Une vraie volonté de faire baver les clients. Puis on me donne une chambre la 205 qui n a pas de clef pour le casier de cuisine et du frigo. C est vraiement une honte.

Chambre minimaliste, mais fidèle à la description. Cependant, contrairement à ce qu’il a dit à l’accueil, la rue est très passante et très bruyante, avec des bruits de, canalisations de la chambre, vraiment pas l’idéal pour récupérer !

J'ai ete déçue de la chambre car pour un séjours dun week-ends je n'ai pas apprécié la chambre je ne vais pas rentrer dans les détails mais par exemple il n'y avait pas de détecteur incendie dans la chambre ou j'étais.

Décevant passez votre chemin

Rue très bruyante la nuit. La réception est de l’autre côté de la rue. Problème de canalisation des toilettes signalé dès mon arrivée. Pendant mes 5 jours de séjour pro, le problème a perduré. La remarque a été remontée par le réceptionniste dès le jour du signalement mais aucune action n’a suivi. Après une relance on m’informe que le technicien est informé et passera quand il pourra et au final RIEN. 1 technicien pour 3 hôtels, donc on m’a fait comprendre qu’il n’avait pas le temps et que de toute façon j’étais à la veille de mon départ donc le problème sera vu pour les futurs clients. La seule fois où on m’a rappelé c’est pour me dire de venir payer les frais de l’hébergement. Décevant franchement passez votre chemin.

La salle de bain très petite et la douchette était bouché car l’eau ne coulait que d’un côté. Le lit pas confortable j’étais obligé de coucher sur le bord du matelas et l’oreiller était très plat c’était pas pour adultes. La télé était très haute pour regarder. Quand j’ai demandé à l’accueil pour m’inscrire sur le club de fidélité pour en bénéficier des réductions pour les prochaines réservations la personne m’a répondu faut le faire sur l’application alors sur le coupon c’est indiqué :rejoignez le club de fidélité gratuitement,inscrivez-vous auprès de la réception.

Super propre, la taille de la chambre nickel pour une personne. La douche est plutôt convenable, c'est juste le lavabo qui est tout petit, mais pas de quoi en faire une histoire. Par contre l'enregistrement n'est pas la meilleure des idées. Contourner tout l'hôtel pour avoir un code d'accès, alors que je suis venue pour le travail, ça ne me laisse pas me reposer. Surtout que je voulais avoir un accès au WC après 5H de voyage. Il faudrait tout bonnement penser à nous envoyer le code par email au lieu de demander de se présenter à l'accueil... Ou créé un accueil dans le bâtiment où l'on va séjourner, il y a assez d'espace pour cela au rez-de-chaussée ! De plus, on n'est pas assez réactif à mes emails, donc c'est une raison de plus.
