「The communication was lacking. I was sent the entry code for the door and told the keys were in the mail box. I was also told parking spot 29. 「Great location … however the apartment itself was not what we expected. Don’t even know where to begin . Pull out couch was covered with some questionable stains and smelled. Kitchen cabinets were dirty, fridge had some old ice pack in, looks like it was left behind. There was a sweatshirt left in the closet. Bathroom had no hand soap and mold in the shower Towels looked like they saw better days… oven was filthy. Had to rewash all the dishes before we used them for breakfast… when we pulled...

「Safe and quiet, yet very close (5 minutes walk) to a lot of shopping and about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Pros: safe, clean, easy access, location, warm, good amount of space for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep. Cons: not many options to dry clothes, no microwave, bees kept getting in through the bathroom, somehow.」
