"This is a world class hotel. Service minded, but without pretentions, with the austrian discretion and elegance. Very good location, just 10 min from the train station or the city center including the Hahnenkamm ski lift, but taxi to the lift is available from 8:30 to 10:30 as a courtesy. The room was very confortable, bed included with a large elegant bathroom with two sinks and both shower and a nice bathtube where you could relax when you missed the spa after-ski. "We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. We will definitely...
