Could be quant with couple updates + better clean

The service was good. It’s family owned and they were very kind and accommodating best the their abilities. The main things I disliked was the hall strongly smelling of cigarettes and weed (our room smelled fine), and the shower room having an unpleasant smell, and seemed like there was mould on the ceiling above the shower. The floors seemed like they could also use a bit better cleaning, but the beds seemed clean, and were decently comfortable. They accommodated our family of 5, and had a baby bed available upon request a day in advance.

It is not even hotel. We couldn’t wait to get out as it felt very sketchy. I have booked cheaper hotels but not this poor quality. I belive lot of people live here on daily basis who can’t afford housing.

Do not recommend

Hotel was quite dirty and much below expected standard. Toothpaste leftovers on the sink in my room, and common toilets for floor haven't been cleaned properly for at least couple of months. Walls so thin you could hear each word from neighboring room. Bedsheets were clean.

DO NOT STAY HERE

We refuse to spend the night in this place. Not only was it not as advertised, it was filthy, and quite likely dangerous. We did not feel safe, and promptly left. Prostitutes and dunks were outside the entrance, and it was obvious that this is the type of hotel a prostitute takes a customer for an hour or so. I cannot believe this was even listed on Travelocity.

Awful. Do not stay there.

Family room we booked turned out to be 2 doubles which is not great with 3 small children. No help from staff. One room was smoking room. Dusty. Dirty. Noisy. Smelly. Condoms over smoke alarms. photos on website are hugely misleading. Only plus was that we could park outside the front door but this was luck rather than judgment.

Wir hatten ein 4er Zimmer mit eigener Dusche. Leider hat der Abfluss so gestunken, dass wir die Badtür gar nicht aufmachen konnten. Die Gemeinschaftsduschen haben wir auch lieber gemieden. Und nirgendwo n Spiegel ist mit Kontaktlinsen auch eher schwierig. Betten ganz ok. Zentrale Lage auch.

Hotel económico cerca del centro

Hotel bien situado, cerca del centro de Reims. Zona tranquila fácil de aparcar. La acogida fue muy buena por parte del personal del hotel, muy amable y pudimos realizar un cambio que no estaba previsto, muy rápidamente. El desayuno en la habitación muy bueno.

Buchungsproblem.

Die Ankunft war nicht in den üblichen Zeiten. Daher nicht unbedingt ein Vorwurf. Bei der Buchung stand, dass eine Rezeption immer verfügbar wäre. Auf Risiko haben wir es gebucht und die Bestätigung erhalten. Wir haben auch geschrieben, dass wir so um 02 Uhr ankommen werden. Bei der Ankunft war alles geschlossen. Wir haben geklopft und nach paar Minuten kam eine Person raus und hat gemeint, dass alles voll wäre und er die Buchung nicht bei sich finden kann. Wir haben dann im Auto geschlafen. Unser Geld wurde aber über Hotels wieder zurückerstattet. Glückssache.
