I chose this property for its location. The best thing I can say about it is that the two members of staff I made my complaints to were very polite and did their best to listen and help. The photos displayed on the site are not representative of the accommodation, and even at a budget price, one should have good pillows, mattress covers and clean rooms. The whole place is in need of serious investment to renovate it to an acceptable standard. Given its location, it's missing out on a large potential market.

I stayed here in May. Despite advertising "Free On-site Parking," after registering my vehicle and following all instructions at the kiosk inside the hotel, I still received a 90 GBP/$170.29 CAD parking ticket from the Parking Authority. I tried to resolve this with the hotel and Expedia, and the hotel just ignored it and did not make any attempt to amicably resolve the situation. Very disappointed and now out $170.29. The hotel was also dirty and in poor condition, with unfinished boards of wood nailed to the bathroom floor by the shower. I would never stay here again and not recommend it to anyone. You cannot trust that the hotel will help you with issues, that the rooms are not clean or in good repair, and errors with their parking registration kiosk or staff registering the vehicles could result in very expensive parking tickets on the hotel property. I tried for 3 weeks to resolve this with the hotel to no avail. 1 star out of 5. Terrible and expensive experience and a poorly kept hotel.

Very shabby & overpriced. Air con didnt wrk, tv remote didnt wrk, room door code didnt work, bed was ok but carpet wasnt v clean. No staff service you just had to phone reception. Will never use again

Our stay was good. We werer late (10.30pm) Check-in was quick & easy. Room very good. Room facilities e,g, Coffee remote tv plug in for recharging phones clean Shower need a boost (no pressure). All in all a GOOD EXPERIENCE normally use Premier but would DEFFINITELY us OYO again.

Get what you pay for but overall OK. I could feel every spring in the mattress so didn't sleep that well. The water pressure of the shower in the morning was very low too. Room was large. All facilities worked.

Firstly the room (apartment advertised) was not suitable for 3 people, which I booked for, but that was the least of my worries. Once checked in (amongst music blaring from a party) we were led out the main entrance then down a dark alley to a white plastic door. We let ourselves in and I can only describe the room as barely suitable to house refugees in. Poorly lit, but had to leave the curtains closed as the view from the window of rubbish etc was not pleasant. How they can charge for that room is beyond me

When I arrived there was a very loud wedding party in full swing which stopped some time after midnight. This may be unusual. Also no plug for the basin in my room. But the room and bed were clean and fine for the money. Reception staff were pleasant. Plenty of parking.

Beds small and not comfortable, not enough pillows and when asked at reception we’re told the hotel is fully booked and there are no more pillows available. Not helpful! One pillow for each person is not good for me so I didn’t sleep well. Loaded skips out the front so not attractive view. Room balconies seperate by a fence panel. Location good, close to Reigate town for restaurants. Car park good size. You have to put reg in for free parking or you get a £100 fine which I don’t understand… the hotel isn’t in the middle of a town so this seems stupid. Old hotel, needs an update and fresh carpet or a deep clean.

I have decided to drop my rating based on the fact that it was convenient albeit dated and I was happy to leave at that but actually since my checkout and now being abroad I have received two bookings in my name since with 0 reply to my messages stating that I didn't make these bookings. Bet I will be dealing with the stress of no show bills when I return to the UK now. Avoid.

This property is very lovely location, it is quite far away from airport but not difficult to reach to hotel. Front desk staff are really doing great job Specially Kumudu assist us lot as well she did really good support to us. We enjoyed staying with this hotel during our holiday

Customer service was very good.

Hey, I just want to inform you about the room and bathroom. I don’t have any issues with the room; it’s clean, tidy, and nice. However, in the bathroom, the water pressure from the sink tap is very low, and the shower tap is broken, so the showerhead cannot stand up properly. The water pressure in the shower is also very low, which means I couldn’t have a proper shower. This is the second time I’ve experienced the same problem. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon. Thank you for your understanding.
