Staff was super friendly! Very accommodating! Great place to stay with your dog!! Close to the beach…it would be nice to have a coffee maker and a broom (vinyl planking floors with sand are crunchy after a day or two) in your room. Would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s relatively affordable for Rehoboth beach and walking distance to everything you need. Clean, quiet, and free parking. We would definitely stay here again!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to Dewey beach and with very quick driving distance to Rehoboth beach. Rooms were clean and the few grab and go breakfast items, tea, coffee were sufficient. Really enjoyed our stay!

The Dunes delivered everything we ask for in a hotel - clean, comfortable bed, spacious, friendly employees. It is reasonably priced and offers some nice amenities such as a variety of snacks in the lobby. We definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Awesome owners and great amenities for a beach motel, especially the dog wash, hoses outside your room, water & ice machines, and complimentary snacks! Basic bathroom, not anything too special but perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed & pillows!
