位置很好，离海滩近，可以免费停车。公寓房有厨房可以使用，可以自己烧饭。有冰箱和微波炉，适合家庭。设备有些陈旧，体验感不好。

The only good things about it is the location. 2 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Bedsheets were not changed. So cramped and claustrophobic.

The location is excellent. Beach block and walking distance to everything the boardwalk has to offer. Parking pass is included. You can’t beat the price for a beach block hotel.

Horrible place that felt like it hadn't been taken care of in years. I refused to walk barefoot in the room due to how dirty it was. Check in was a joke in that all there was when I walked in was an envelope with a key in it.. no staff. I am glad I brought a comforter because I didn't trust the sheets were even clean. STAY AWAY!

Lovely comfy hotel right by the beach. Had a cozy feel with a nice staff! Close to the board walk, the beach, and all the restaurants. Parking is a little hard to find or you pay for a meter but it was easy enough! Would definitely recommend

This location was great as it was close to the boardwalk and the main strip, so you could walk anywhere you wanted to go. For a beach vacation on a budget, your couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

This place should be condemned! There is no way it passes codes. Unsafe, disgustingly dirty! When I say it’s horrible think of the worst place you’ve ever stayed and multiply it by 10. The man at the desk was nice though. Feel bad he has to work for such a **** hole!

One Block is a great benefit for the beach and boardwalk outdoors in the downtown of Rehoboth Beach with a perfect walking spot. No need to worry about your car parking you need to add 25 dollars per dat for not moving your car until checkout. All about clean room, staff, parking, and Business-friendly are okay: good benefits for a reasonable price are good to go what you need. Thank-you for our mini-gateway in last minute.

Very dirty place and filthy in the middle of the beautiful city. Licensing authority is not inspecting the building. It should be closed for renovations. No value for money at all. Terrible day sleeping in the filthy place

It has a bed and breakfast feel. We stayed on the first floor. Whenever other guests closed their doors, our door shook and made noise. They don’t have a parking lot, you have to find street parking that you don’t have to pay for. Not super convenient. Prime location though. Super close to the boardwalk, walking distance. The room served its purpose of being a place to sleep and store our stuff. Overall not a bad place to stay at all really.
