「Excellent staff, Excellent breakfast, very clean and the staff did not question guest who came to visit me. I travel on business so have different people come to my room for business discussions. To many hotels in bbsr demand identification and will even come to the room during business meetings. Its very annoying. Crown was very professional in all.」

「Laid back, pushy for tips, slow staff. Frontdesk checkin staff was rude. Checkin-checkout process is slow. Very inconvenient bathrooms for old parents. Terrible extra bed mattress.」

「My stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean. The washroom was immaculately clean. The Manager (Either Rahul or Rajeev) was very helpful and provide the guidance. He also assisted me get the Lord Krishna's darshan at Jagannath Puri. Overall value for money.」

「The room itself was good (though not 4 star by any means). However the property looked nothing like its picture. They put us in a golf cart and then drove around to the back. Along the way there was construction debris and some stray animals. Then they took us to the “D wing” which looked like a basic budget motel front. Room service and staff were good.」

「location staff are okay, bed not good, no hot water , rooms are giving bad smell . the room rent is too high its not worth more than 1500 per day. where as it was charged 4700 per day. the hotel people say the rent will be 2500/- per day including breakfast. and you people charged 4700 per day. its bad on your part . i decided not to book through your website in future.」
