「The most fantastic experience - truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The Executive Suite was huge and beautifully appointed having been upgraded (after generously moving the date of the stay despite it being a non-refundable room) - welcome drinks were offered before a lovely dinner which was perfect for me and my daughter. 「 Set nice hotel, staff friendly. Sadly when I left I was charged for a water ( I did have one) theee were 2 sizes, and a free bottle was left ( the large size) I just need some to take some pills and drank the small one. I guess technically they can charge the €2.50 although I left them the one that cost €7.50. I was also charged .50 that was not on Hotels.com. 」

「The hotel was amazing in every aspect. Cleanliness and ambience was perfect. Design and furniture was beautiful. However they need to improve their house keeping department. They come in the morning and if we are sleeping they don’t bother checking again later. There is an electronic sign at the door indicating clean the room but it is useless if they don’t come to check it. Every afternoon I need to ask them to clean it. One day it was 6 pm and they have not cleaned our room yet....

「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...
