Great breakfast, clean, near everything. The temperature in the room was a bit difficult to manage. The shower didn’t have any grab bars for an older person.

Beautiful place, very well maintained. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and had no instructions on how to do it, but not a reason to not come back!

A beautiful old building restored in a masterful way; keeping the sense of past ( lots of tasteful details) with all the modern comfort. Beautiful rooms. Admired the Capitan meeting room.

Personale gentilissimo, camera confortevole anche se con un brutto affaccio, pulito, ottima colazione, posizione centralissima. Se proprio devo trovare una nota stonata, annoterei i fiori di plastica ai piani.

Io avevo una stanza singola con un letto matrimoniale alla francese. Il materasso era comodo e la camera silenziosa. La colazione sia dolce che salata offre una bella scelta. Il bagno è grande. Unica pecca le macchie di umidità sul soffitto del bagno e il caldo in stanza perchè non sono riuscita a regolare l'aria o forse più di così non si poteva. Io non ho chiesto. La zona è centrale quindi comodissima. I mezzi pubblici sono scarsi e alla domenica pressochè inesistenti se si vuole uscire dal centro della città. Al lunedì tutti i musei sono chiusi.

Great Hotel in the old Town of Reggio Emilia
The hotel is situated in the old town of Reggio Emilia where everything is in walking distance. Super friendly staff greeted us and we we offered a free of charge update. We had a comfortable and large room and enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast buffet is including everything you would think off.

Hotel in pieno centro all'interno di una struttura veramente molto bella! Hanno recentemente compiuto 500 anni di attività alberghiera e la loro professionalità dimostra che lo fanno bene. Attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Non sono un grande fan della moquette nella hall, ma pazienza. Camere pulite e igienizzate con grande attenzione e bagno molto spazioso. Colazione a buffet rigorosamente servita dal personale per non far avvicinare i clienti (molto apprezzato). Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e siamo soddisfatti.
