Was a bit too far to walk into The city but for what we needed it for ( a one night stop over ) it was great and we’ll definitely use this hotel again

The room size and layout was great, but the room was not very clean and the area around the hotel was abandoned and very far from the city. There was no recycling and no laundry service at the hotel.

The area is convenient being 8 minutes away from lounges etc. by car but, it’s difficult if you don’t have ride from property to get around

Eigentlich ein wunderschönes 4 Sterne Hotel. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, die sehr geräumig war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Tolles Badezimmer mit japanischer Toilette. Zimmer war auch sehr ruhig durch Schallisolierung. Leider befindet sich das Hotel in einer schrecklichen Gegend. Hinter dem Hotel sind Sozislwohnungen in denen Flüchtlinge untergebracht sind. Wirklich schade für das ansonsten tolle Hotel.

Das Update auf Superior Room kam sehr entgegen. Es könnte jedoch an einzelnen Stellen sauberer sein, Kekse unter dem Bett, Flecken an einigen Stellen an den Wänden. Bad ist sauber und frisch renoviert gewesen. Ruhige Lage und im Zimmer keine Geräusche von Nachbarn. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt hat es gereicht.

Die Unterkunft ist teils schon in die Jahre gekommen... Der Check In war wunderbar....eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin hat mich sehr nett in Empfang genommen ...Das Frühstück war gut, nur die Kaffeeautomaten würden ein Abwischen zwischendurch bestimmt Mal vertragen! Ohne Auto ist die Umgebung trostlos...gegenüber eine Spielothek und ein schon vor Jahren geschlossenes Möbelgeschäft.... Obwohl es keine direkte Straße vor der Tür gibt war in der Nacht und am Tage vor dem Hotel immer etwas los....

Die Sauberkeit war nicht zu 100 % gegeben auf dem Zimmer. Zudem konnte man den Fernseher nicht nutzen, da keine Fernbedienung vorhanden war.

Für eine Nacht ohne Verpflegung dort gewesen. Gesamtanlage etwas herunter gekommen. Hotel etwas abgelegen am Rande der Stadt gelegen. Mit dem Bus gleich in der Nähe vom Hotel, ist die Innenstadt jedoch gut zu erreichen. Die vorhandene Klimanlage war ein Vorteil bei der Hitze, die Zusatzsteuerung des WC's über Touchpadpanel unwirksam und unnötig. Bad war aber sauber und gepflegt. Alles in allem in Ordnung.

Modernes Zimmer, gut eingerichtet. Hotel insgesamt guter Standard. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, aber zu wenig Personal: Angebot nicht komplett verfügbar, spät oder gar nicht nachgelegt, Abräumen, neu eindecken war für das Personal nicht zu bewältigen. TG- Platz seht gut, preislich o.k. Aufpreis für den Hund - Tiere erlaubt! - variierte je nach Mitarbeiterin.

Das Hotel hat leider nicht überzeugt. Schon der Check-in dauerte unnötig lange, was den Start in den Aufenthalt wenig angenehm machte. Im Flur fiel sofort der stark verschmutzte Boden auf, was keinen guten ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Die Lage ist weder besonders schön noch sauber. Das Zimmer war zwar in Ordnung, aber der Rest des Hotels wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war eher enttäuschend – weder geschmacklich noch von der Auswahl her überzeugend. Zudem war es im Speiseraum sehr laut und unruhig, sodass keine entspannte Atmosphäre möglich war. Insgesamt leider kein Ort, an den ich gerne zurückkehren würde.
