「Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. 「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「This hotel was a literal gem of a find! Nestled in the hill above Lake Como a 8-9 minute taxi ride! Beautiful, magnificent views, clean and sparkling from top to bottom! The staff are a family and they are all just lovely and could not be more helpful! The rooms are not luxurious but clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful nights rest. Our patio had furniture with an amazing view of the lake and villages as well as the Italian Alps. Dinner on the terrace was delicious...
