「Very dissatisfied with this particular Springhill visit. We weren’t informed the hotel only provides room cleaning and fresh towels every other day. After asking a few times they did deliver fresh towels but were pretty stingy with the number allowed. Fitted sheet was long past its useful life and wouldn’t stay put.
