「I enjoyed the stay, overall helpful employees when needed. Only thing I will say is they knock about 3 times before my check out. I would say maybe don’t knock like that because it feels like you’re getting run out.」

There must have been mold in the room or air conditioning unit. I have been sick with a severe cough and laryngitis since I stayed at your hotel. 「The property is an older hotel, and so, wasn't as fresh looking as a newer property would be. The room was exactly what I booked and offered a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. However, I wasn't able to figure out how to use the microwave or the remote for the tv. It would have been nice to have some simple instructions. 「Everything was really nice. Location, clean, quiet, easy access. The ice maker was down for day. King size bed was great, probably needs to be flipped or turned. Had a small divet, caused a little cramp in my back. But as long as I could stay out of the divet, it was great.」
