「stay with Homewood was a great decision 」

「The room was clean and the restaurants were great, the pool on the other hand was a little outdated and very loud with children playing and going in and out of the hottub. I feel if they are going to have the prices of a high end spa there should be a separate area for children and other hotel guests. It completely ruined my zen with the spa. 」

「Exceeded expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with the plenty of options. I was limited on time and Divya insisted on preparing waffles for me and wrapping the plates in foil for me to carry to my room. She went above and beyond and I’m still so impressed with her kindness and the way she interacted with other guests getting breakfast. She’s a gem. I asked for the names of the other staff, because each made the stay more enjoyable. It was a quick overnight...

「I had a great stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Charlotte Ballantyne. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and modern. I would definitely stay here again.」
