"The property needs to be repaired snd refreshed. It’s seen better days. No amenities in the room. The hotel staff need better training. It’s a beautiful location but needs to be better serviced. "

"Deceptive practice. No housekeeping unless you specifically request it. We stayed 2 nights. When we returned the first day, the bed was left unmade and garbage was not removed. At checkin I was asked if I wanted fresh towels in the room or would I prefer to pick up towels at the front desk. I said I would like them in the room by housekeeping. I wanted housekeeping to provide them. So thats all they did, Nothing else! How stupid is that? Sorry we won’t return to this hotel again."

"Easy check-in. Bar menu and Restaurant menu were a good variety. Excellent service in dining. Our meal was delicious. Highly recommend the Signature blackberry ice cream pie."

"The property was in awful condition with liquor bottles in the flower beds, outside doors were broken so anyone could wander through. Lobby air didn't work. Took ages to check in with a reservation paid ahead Noise was very bad until midnight with no insulation of the rooms. The toilet seat was peeling. Towels were brown stained and with holes. I could go on. The bed was comfortable. We arrived from the airport after a long international flight. Too tired to complain."
