「This hotel was perfect It was decorated beautifully and was so clean and the bed was so comfy and the rainfall shower was very nice, the room had everything you could need for a nice vacation there’s a market within walking distance which had everything you need to make your stay perfect highly recommend this hotel anytime we come back to Sanibel we will always stay here 」

「This place was nice and room was great with the pull out bed couch. Loved the full kitchen! I wish this had more then one washer and drier in the whole place and it would be nice if they could take card not just quarters. The quarter area broke down while i was putting laundry, the staff didnt know what the right key was and couldnt open it. I had to do laudry at the truck stop across the street. I would stay again but hope they add more laudry as lots of people are coming through. Also...

「I've noticed some negative reviews which seemed to come from travelers used to staying in the conventional hotel. That's not what this is. not that it can't be used as a hotel, but it is designed for more long-term stays. It is a newer building, it is in good condition, it has laundry facilities, a gym, all of the things you would need for a long-term stay. When I checked in there was a small issue that was handled efficiently and professionally by the manager on duty Joe. This was around 1 AM...

「Our villa was clean, bed was comfortable and it had a nice back patio. We were in room 402 and unfortunately a male guest in 401 suffers from in treated sleep apnea. He began a loud vibratory snoring that only stopped when he stopped breathing (apnea). It was awful for us to attempt to relax and fall asleep. We eventually found some ear plugs (hate wearing) and ran a white noise on our phone all night in order to rest.😞 We loved our breakfast at the onsite restaurant, We highly recommend the...

Couldn’t reach property easily before visit. Front desk won’t answer if busy and you can’t leave a message. Concierge has no voice message....
