Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and it's a nice hotel but far too warm to sleep. The first room I was given was 25 degrees when I opened the door. The staff helpfully moved me to a room on the other side which was cooler, but I struggled to sleep later as the temperature hovered around ...

Very good room overlooking the park. The heating worked well and quickly. The kitchen/diner area was very convenient. The breakfast choice was limited and quality average. We didn’t try an evening meal there.

The Cliff House Hotel
